  • Account or registration details (if offered): username, password (stored securely).
  • Job applications: CV, work history, references, licences, and other information you choose to provide.
  • Payment information: We do not store full card numbers. Payments (if taken online) are processed by third-party payment providers; they receive your payment details directly.

  • job applications: typically up to 12 months unless you ask us to retain them longer.

We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information (e.g., access controls, encryption in transit where applicable, staff training, and vendor due diligence). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we will notify you and relevant authorities of any eligible data breach in accordance with law.
